Great for beginners or for more experienced students who enjoy a meditative and alignment based practice.
Tuesday Vinyasa Flow
5:30 - 6:30 pm All Levels
Vinyasa is defined by a series of postures that flow from one into the other, linking breath with movement. Mid-level athletic class.
Privates, Duets and Trios
Privates are an excellent way to target your personalized fitness goals! These sessions are offered in 30, 45 min or 60 min slots, and can be taught either through zoom or in person.
